Constitution Court to add 72 units in Copperas Cove

COPPERAS COVE – The Constitution Court Apartments (CCA) at 712 Constitution Dr. will add a 72-unit phase to the existing 108 units.

Units will be available to individuals and families earning 60 percent or less of the area median income.

CCA’s second phase will feature 20 one-bedroom, 32 two-bedroom and 20 three-bedroom units in six two-story buildings. The first phase, which created 108 affordable units, was built in 2011 and was financed with Tax Credit Exchange Program funds.

The construction of the second phase of CCA will generate more than $5.1 million in local salaries and create nearly 80 new jobs in the Copperas Cove area.

Boston Capital is investing in the construction of the second phase. Commonwealth Development and KJK Enterprises are the general partners.
