SOUTHLAKE – Plans for Plano-based Granite Properties’ 160,000-sf mid-rise office tower at Southlake Town Square have received city approval.

The tower, called Granite Place at Southlake Town Square, will be next to the Hilton Southlake Town Square near SH 114.

The developer could build at least three more office buildings totaling more than 500,000 sf on the property over the next several years.

Granite Place will include an attached parking garage, on-site fitness center, meeting facility and an upscale restaurant. Construction is slated to begin this quarter, with completion expected late next year.

Beck Architecture is the project architect, and the Beck Group of Dallas is the general contractor.
