KATY – Austin-based multifamily developer Oden Hughes has sold the 354-unit Parkside Grand Parkway community to EGI International Group.
The 14-acre property, completed in 2014, is located at the southwest corner of Katy Fort Bend Rd. and Grand Pkwy. near I-10.
The one-, two- and three-bedroom units range from 625 to 1,400 sf.
