DALLAS – Atlanta-based Cousins Properties has sold its 33-story tower at 2100 Ross Ave. to a firm headed by former Santander Consumer USA CEO Thomas Dundon for $131 million.

Cousins purchased the 844,000-sf building near the Arts District out of foreclosure in 2012 for about $59 million. The firm began renovations on the tower in 2013.
