AUSTIN – Austin’s newest office tower is fully leased. Colorado Tower, the 30-story, 373,000-sf Class A property developed by Cousins Properties Inc., is expected to reach stabilized occupancy in first quarter 2016.
The $126 million office building, 303 Colorado St., was delivered in January 2015, after approximately 18 months in development.
When Cousins began construction, only 17 percent of the space was preleased. Its tenants include Parsley Energy Inc., Atlassian Inc., and Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr P.C.
