San Antonio: New $28M 304-units near Brooks City Base

​SAN ANTONIO – Just a few weeks after breaking ground on its South San
Antonio residential development, the NRP Group is getting started on
its next project — this time on the outskirts of Brooks City Base.

The developer is planning a 304-unit apartment complex at 7144 Dave Erwin Dr., a three-​minute drive from the base.

Construction for the new development — named Brooks City Li Apartments — is expected to cost just shy of $28 million.

Work on the complex will begin later this month, and is expected to wrap up sometime in March 2017.
