NEW BRAUNFELS – CBRE has been retained to auction a 15-acre development site, with approximately 530 feet of frontage on the Guadalupe River, over 535,000 sf of industrial facilities and a former power plant building and dam.

The property will be sold in an online auction on September 29. Opening bid for Rivermill is $2.5 million.

The property — at 555 Porter St. — is one block west of I-35 near Town Center at Creekside and the new Resolute Health facility. 


Schlitterbahn Waterpark, the historic Gruene Hall and The Gristmill River Restaurant & Bar are minutes from the property.

Redeployment opportunities include mixed-use, hospitality, waterpark, retail, multifamily, office and industrial venues.
