SAN ANTONIO – The 328-unit Silver Rock complex at 9830 Camino Villa
has been sold to California-based Regional Investment and Management
(RIM).
The firm purchased the garden-style property from Virginia-based Harbor Group International LLC.
The
Northwest San Antonio property is 94 percent occupied, and RIM secured a
$22.9 million loan for the asset with JEMB Realty Corp.
