EVANSVILLE, Ind. (Atlas Van Lines) – For the third year in a row, the highest number of moves in the United States involved California, Texas and Florida, according to the 2014 Atlas Van Lines Migration Patterns study.

Texas boasted the second highest number of moves handled by Atlas in 2014 at 13,137. California was first with 13,967; Florida was third with 10,226.

Of the Texas moves, 7,801 were inbound and 5,336 were outbound. The state had 7,856 inbound and 5,647 outbound moves in 2013.
