Partnership Sells Sugar Land Shopping Center

SUGAR LAND (Henry S. Miller Cos.) – A partnership between Henry S. Miller Companies and Dome Equities LLC has sold Williams Trace Shopping Center, a 262,213-sf retail center.

The shopping center is on about 26.5 acres at 2200-2400 SH 6 at the southeast corner of Williams Trace Blvd. and SH 6. Occupancy is at 90.2 percent. Tenants include Randalls, 99 Ranch Market, State Farm, Petco, Dollar Tree, Luby’s, Walgreens, GNC, Los Tios Mexican, Design Source and China King.
