AUSTIN (Transwestern) – An investment partnership headed by Houston-based Vista Equities Group has purchased Park Central, a 114,091-sf multitenant office building near the I-35 and Parmer Ln. intersection.
The three-story building, which was built in 2008, was 74 percent leased to six tenants at the time of sale.
Under Vista’s direction, leasing responsibilities will be handled by ECR. Property management services will be provided by Vista Management Company.
Financing for the acquisition of Park Central was provided by GE Capital Corporation and was arranged through HFF’s Houston office. Transwestern represented the seller.
