SPRING (Liz Grimm Public Relations) – Everson Developments LLC is bringing 250,000 sf of Class-A office space to 25700 I-45N, between Woodlands Pkwy. and Sawdust Rd. The land is currently occupied by Brookhaven Business Park.
The new Havenwood Office Park will consist of a LEED Silver-certified four-story building designed by Powers Brown Architects. The builder is EE Reed Construction LP.
Construction is expected to be completed by fourth quarter 2015.
J. Beard Real Estate Company is handling leasing.
