Dallas’ One Main Place Repurposed

The top ten floors of the nearly one million-sf building, as well as space on the lower levels, will be turned into 323 hotel rooms and 27,000 sf of conference space. Nineteen floors totaling about 600,000 sf will remain as office space. There will also be 50,000 sf of retail space.

Renovation of the 47-year-old building at 1201 Main St. is slated to be finished by the end of the year.

Locally based architect ForestPerkins designed the renovation.
