DALLAS (Dallas Business Journal) – Trammell Crow Co. and MetLife Inc. plan to begin work this year on Park District, a mixed-use development that will bring 916,000 sf of office, residential and retail space to a three-acre Uptown parcel.

The project, which will be between Pearl and Olive streets, will include a Class-A office tower, a luxury residential tower, ground-floor retail and extensive below-grade parking, as well as a plaza designed by The Office of James Burnett.

The 19-story Park District Tower will have about 502,000 sf of office space, as well as 9,000 sf of retail at its base. The 32-story Residences at Park District, developed by Trammell Crow subsidiary High Street Residential, will have about 255 units and 13,000 sf of retail.
