ARGYLE (Fort Worth Business Press) – Construction is slated to begin this spring on 5T Ranch, James R. Harris Partners LLC's $67.5 million residential development.
The roughly 55-acre development will be at 406 Country Club Rd. between the conservation district and the town center district.
Plans call for 90 single-family homes priced from $600,000 to $1 million on quarter- to -half-acre lots.
The project is projected to generate about $1 million in annual revenue to the Argyle school district. Combined impact fee income for the town of Argyle and Argyle Water Supply District from the development will be a minimum of $968,670.
JRH Partners purchased 5T Ranch from The Miles Foundation of Fort Worth, which was represented by Mike Ball Realty Corp. JRH Partners used in-house represention. Rattikin Title closed the transaction, with Southwest Bank providing development financing.
Baird, Hampton and Brown of Weatherford is the project's civil engineer and Design Workshop of Austin is the landscape architect.
