AUSTIN (REOC San Antonio) – Just over 390 acres at the southwest corner of SH 71 and SH 130 has traded hands.
SH 71-130 Holdings LP, a local investment group, bought the land, which is known as Eastbourne Crossing. It’s just east of Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.
Eastbourne Crossing LP sold 385.7 acres, while 973 Retail LLC sold the adjoining 4.9 acres. The sellers were represented by REOC Austin. The buyer was represented by Marketplace Real Estate Group.
