Utah Buyer Moves into SA Multifamily Market with Legacy Heights

SAN ANTONIO (CBRE) – Cottonwood Residential of Salt Lake City has purchased a 306-unit Class-A apartment complex near Fort Sam Houston on the city’s northeast side.

The 258,206-sf Legacy Heights is on nearly 22.5 acres at 1320 Austin Hwy., next to the Alamo Heights neighborhood. It consists of one-, two- and three-bedroom units.

Embrey Partners developed the complex in 2009.
