Conti New Owner of 102,732-SF Grand Prairie Warehouse

GRAND PRAIRIE (Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services) – A North Texas-based partnership has sold a 102,732-sf net-leased property in the Upper Great Southwest Industrial District to Conti Warehouses LLC of Fort Worth.

The property at 1470 Ave. T was developed in 1994 as a build-to-suit for Genesee Stamping & Fabricating Inc., which still leases the facility. It has eight dock doors, 20-foot clear height, 100 percent HVAC and a full-building sprinkler system.

NTA Holdings Ltd., the seller and original owner, was represented by Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services. Conti Warehouses used in-house representation.
