HOUSTON - Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) released home sales data for April 2015. Some quick facts include:

•  The median price of existing single-family homes increased to $210,250 — up 0.1 percent from March 2015. 
•  Existing single-family home sales increased 1.9 percent from March 2015 for an April 2015 total of 6,170 units sold. 
•  Condos increased in price to $157,000 — up 0.3 percent from March 2015. 
•  Existing condo sales increased 9.4 percent in April 2015 over March 2015 for a total of 709 units sold.
