DALLAS (RealtyNewsReport.com) – Houston-based commercial real estate firm Avera has broken ground on an institutional-quality distribution center in the Dallas area.

The 345,150-sf project is on 18.8 acres at the northwest corner of SH 161 (George Bush Tollway) and January Ln., less than 12 miles south of DFW International Airport.

The building was designed by Powers Brown Architecture. Pacheco Koch is the civil engineer. Avera Construction is the general contractor.
