HOUSTON (HFF) – HFF announced yesterday that it has closed the sale of Copperfield Village Shopping Center, a 165,293-sf, dual-anchored retail center on the city’s northwest side.

Kimco Realty Corporation purchased the property from Copperfield Village Investors LP.

Copperfield Village Shopping Center is on roughly 16.5 acres at 7081 SH 6 North. It is 92 percent leased to Sprouts Farmers Market, Ross Dress for Less, Goody Goody Liquor, Dollar Tree, Five Below, Panera Bread and Leslie’s Pool.
