Bradford Buys 219,000-SF Citymark Tower

DALLAS (Bradford Property Co.) – Bradford Property Co. Inc., under a new investment partnership called 3100 McKinnon LP, has acquired Citymark Office Tower, a 218,926-sf Class-A, Uptown property.

The 3.7-acre property at 3100 McKinnon was sold by Hines Real Estate Investment Trust Inc. It includes a four-level parking garage and a half-acre development site near the entrance to the Dallas North Tollway.

The 11-story tower was 74 percent leased at sale time. Among the tenants are Balfour Beatty Construction, Hospice Plus, Home Team Pest Defense, The Real Estate Council and Smith Seckman Reid Inc.

Immediate plans call for upgrading the building’s fitness center, improving Katy Trail access and adding new outdoor space for events on the plaza deck.

Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services will oversee leasing and management.
