AUSTIN (Austin Business Journal) – A Canadian partnership has broken ground on its $400 million Lakes of TechRidge mixed-use development.
The project, which will have 800,000 sf of office space and about 900 apartments, will be built near I-35 and Howard Ln.
Phase I is under construction and scheduled to deliver this fall.
The developers are Ledcor Group and Qualico.
