350,000-SF Industrial Project Underway in Flower Mound

The industrial development is on 24 acres on Lakeside Pkwy. Huntington acquired the site in a joint venture with Artemis Real Estate Partners of Washington, D.C.

It will consist of a 185,000-sf, rear-load, dock-high building and a 164,000-sf, cross-dock building. It will also have up to 85 trailer storage spaces.

The project is scheduled for completion in August.

Transwestern will oversee leasing.
