More Than 1,800 Homes Planned for 4S Ranch

BULVERDE (Lennar) – Lennar’s San Antonio Division has purchased the 780-acre 4S Ranch in this city north of San Antonio.

The property will become the site of the company’s newest master-planned community, which will include over 1,800 homesites and more than 200 acres of open space.

Lennar has also set land aside for a future Comal ISD school.
