156,000-SF Richardson Office Building Changes Ownership

RICHARDSON (CBRE) – Gladstone Commercial Corporation, through a wholly owned subsidiary, has purchased the single-tenant 250 East Arapaho office building from Peloton Capital Partners LLC.

The two-story building has 155,984 sf and 1,140 surface parking spaces.

CBRE represented the seller.
