IRVING (Dallas Business Journal) – GE Capital has leased roughly a third of the six-building Riverside Commons office campus in Las Colinas. The buildings formerly served as the U.S. headquarters of Canadian tech company BlackBerry Ltd.
According to reports, GE Capital is leasing 148,000 sf and will house nearly 700 there.
Brookfield Property Group, also based in Canada, bought the campus last year from BlackBerry.
