DALLAS (GlobeSt.com) – MYCON General Contractors has delivered two North Texas industrial warehouse facilities totaling just shy of 965,000 sf.
Parc Royal Buildings 1–4, located at 3700 W. Royal Ln. in Irving, has 511,600 sf on a 30-acre tract.
The project team included developer Jackson-Shaw, GSR Andrade Architects Inc. and civil engineer Halff Associates Inc.
Lakeside Ridge Distribution Center Buildings 1 and 2, located at 1201 Lakeside Pkwy. (Building 1) and 501 Gerault Rd. (Building 2) in Flower Mound total 453,300 sf.
The project team included owner/developer Crow Holdings, construction manager Pritchard Associates, AZIMUTH Architecture and civil engineer Pacheco Koch.
