DALLAS (HFF) – A partnership between Building and Land Technology and AWH Partners LLC has purchased the 536-room Westin Dallas Park Central free and clear of debt.
The seller was a joint venture between FelCor Lodging Trust Incorporated and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc.
The 20-story hotel is on about 3.5 acres at 12720 Merit Dr. within the Park Central mixed-use development.
The Westin-branded hotel has 42,000 sf of flexible indoor function space that includes a 15,050-sf grand ballroom.
HFF marketed the property and represented the buyer.
