HOUSTON (Houston Business Journal) – Locally based Levey Group will develop an industrial park called 5 Corners Business Center on Beltway 8 between US 59 and SH 288 on the city’s southwest side.

Plans call for 546,275 sf of flex, rear-load and front-load industrial space. The park will have four Class-A tiltwall facilities.

Levey Group President David Ebro said the company plans to complete the first phase of 5 Corners — it’s at the junction of Pearland, Missouri City, Stafford, Sugar Land and the City of Houston — a year from now.
