El Paso the Place for Retail Details

This year’s conference will focus on economic development in the El Paso region and how technology is changing the retail business. The keynote speaker is Steven Nivin, chief economist for the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Advance registration is $80 for members and $100 for nonmembers.

Founded in 1957, New York-based ICSC is the global trade association of the shopping center industry. It has more than 63,000 members in 100 countries.
