100,000 SF of Dallas Warehouse Space Just a ‘Stone’s’ Throw Away

DALLAS (Billingsley Company) – Billingsley Company has preleased 100,000 sf of warehouse space to The Stone Collection at Mercer Business Park.

The locally based developer will deliver the 260,000-sf building in fourth quarter 2015. The Stone Collection, parent company of IMC, will occupy the space in first quarter 2016. With this lease, only 85,000 sf of the building remains unspoken for.

The 225-acre Mercer Park is at the northwest corner of IH 635 and IH 35E in Dallas and Farmers Branch.
