MISSOURI CITY (Trammell Crow Company) – Trammell Crow Company and Artis REIT have purchased two land tracts totaling 127 acres here in Fort Bend County.

The partnership plans to develop a Class-A industrial business park called Park 8Ninety, which could accommodate over 1.75 million sf of build-to-suit or speculative office/warehouse, distribution and manufacturing space.

Phase-one construction, which will include three buildings totaling over 330,000 sf, is expected to begin this summer with completion scheduled for next spring.

The property is at the south corner of US 90A and Beltway 8 (Sam Houston Pkwy.), about 20 minutes southwest of downtown Houston.

Ellis Management sold a 75-acre parcel, and a local investment group represented by The Betz Companies sold an adjacent 52-acre parcel.

Boyd Commercial LLC/CORFAC International represented Trammell Crow Company and Artis REIT in the acquisition.
