HOUSTON (Houston Business Journal) – Memorial Hermann Health System has acquired the Houston Orthopedic and Spine Hospital (HOSH) at 5410 West Loop South.
HOSH, which will now be known as Memorial Hermann Orthopedic & Spine Hospital, was part of an acquisition in July, when Florida-based CNL Healthcare Properties bought the campus for $76 million.
CNL still owns the real estate, and Memorial Hermann is the current tenant under a lease agreement.
