Downtown Corpus Christi’s Cosmopolitan Nears Completion

Located on the 400 block of North Chaparral St., The Cosmopolitan will have four stories containing 165 apartments over one floor of retail.

Roland Broussard with Realtex expects the first 88 units to be finished next month with the rest of the project following in July.
