DALLAS (Dallas Business Journal) – Investors Mike Terry and Holt Lunsford are planning a 14-story glass office tower on Maple St. in the city’s Uptown district.
The building is set to break ground in first quarter 2016. Leases will be available for spaces from 7,500 to 11,000 sf.
The one-acre space where the building is planned will include a high-end 7,500-square-foot restaurant. JLL and Stablemade Retail Group have been hired to find a restaurant operator.
Holt Lunsford Commercial will oversee the development, leasing and on-site property management. Gensler designed the building.
