450,000-SF Parc North Industrial Development Breaks Ground

Located on 31 acres at the southeast corner of I-35 and Loop 820, the Class-A development is expected to be completed in the third quarter.

This marks Amstar’s third industrial development to break ground in the Metroplex in the past year. Construction on DFW North Distribution Center and Riverpark 1000 began in 2014.
