HOUSTON (SurePoint Self Storage) – SurePoint Self Storage of San Antonio, which announced plans last fall to build two Class-A facilities in the Houston area, is about to embark on a third.
The company will begin work this summer on a three-story facility totaling 123,000 sf. It will be on two acres on Barker-Cypress Rd., less than a mile south of US 290. It will open in fall 2016.
Like the other facilities, this one will have 700 climate-controlled units.
