DFW, San Antonio Aloft Hotel Quartet Sold

DALLAS (HFF) – A four-property Aloft-branded hotel portfolio totaling 549 rooms in the Dallas-Fort Worth and San Antonio areas has been sold. They are the:

• 136-key Aloft Frisco, 3202 Parkwood Blvd. in Frisco,
• 136-key Aloft Plano, 6853 North Dallas Pkwy. in Plano,
• 136-key Aloft Las Colinas, 122 East John Carpenter Fwy. in Irving and
• 141-key Aloft San Antonio, 838 NW Loop 410 in San Antonio.

All of the hotels opened between October 2008 and March 2009.

HFF marketed the portfolio on behalf of the seller.
