Flower Mound Hotel, Conference Center Gets City Approval

New Era Hotels & Resorts and Sunset Legacy LP will break ground on the project in mid-2016. It will be in the Lakeside DFW development on FM 2499.

The 12-story hotel will include a 32,000-sf conference center.

DePalma Hotels & Resorts will manage the property, scheduled to open in late 2017.

Merriman Associates Architects designed the hotel. Balfour Beatty is the builder.
