LONGVIEW (Longview EDC) – The Longview Economic Development Corporation (LEDCO) this week announced that MG Foods will acquire the former Coors facility. The $2.55 million expansion by the North Carolina-based company will create 120 jobs in Longview.

The LEDCO Board of Directors voted to provide a $450,000 performance grant to MG Foods for their capital investment and jobs.

MG Foods cooks, preps and packages frozen & fresh food products such as sandwiches, wraps and salads.

This is the third new company announced by LEDCO in the last six months. The other two are Tractor Supply Company and Indevco Plastics.
