Dallas Medical Office Building Changes Hands

DALLAS (Marcus & Millichap) – Gregory Interests LLC has purchased the 116,875-sf Northpoint Medical Arts multitenant medical office building at 12606 Greenville Ave.

The two-story building was built in 1979. Tenants include Concorde Career College, Northpoint Pediatrics, Preston Village Pharmacy, ROSA of North Dallas LLC, Texas Health Resources, University of Texas Southwest Medical Center and Vivere Health Dallas LLC.

Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, Q Northpoint LP. The buyer was represented and procured by local commercial property management firm Trinity Interests.
