Abbott said the move would create about 345 jobs and $51 million in capital investment in Texas.
The Texas Enterprise Fund has offered a $3.8 million grant to the company, which currently has a facility in Fort Worth.
Officials say construction on Kubota’s Grapevine facility will begin this year and should be completed by early 2017.
