Ingleside: 264-Unit Oaks by the Bay Digs Roots

INGLESIDE (Reynolds & Lapp Commercial) – The 220,000-sf Oaks by the Bay Apartments are now underway. Forrest Development of Houston is developing the 264-unit complex.

Oaks by the Bay will feature one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 722 to 941 sf. There will be a 50 percent split of 132 two-bedroom units and 132 one-bedroom units.

The 15-acre complex will have a density of 17.55 units per acre.

Reynolds & Lapp arranged the construction loan with Plains Capital Bank for the development of Oaks by the Bay.
