Tool-Flo Moving HQ to Pearland
PEARLAND (Pearland EDC) – International Metalworking Companies (IMC Group) has chosen a site in the city’s Lower Kirby District for Tool-Flo Manufacturing Inc.’s new headquarters, training and manufacturing facility.
The Pearland Economic Development Corporation and city officials began working with IMC Group in early 2015 on the project. The 80,000-sf facility will be on 15 acres on the southeast corner of Kirby Dr. and N. Spectrum Blvd. It will house about 188 employees, including management, engineering, sales, operations and administrative personnel.
Tool-Flo’s HQ is currently in Houston.
The facility is being designed by Kajima Building and Design Group. NAI Houston is representing the buyer in site acquisition.
IMC Group is one of the world’s largest companies for metalworking products and metal removal technology.
