Amstar acquired the 35-acre parcel in March 2014 in partnership with Davis Commercial Development of Houston.
The property is at 971 N. Sam Houston Pkwy. E., directly south of George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
The general contractor of the project was Rosenberger Construction.
The seller was represented by CBRE.
