JV Plans Southeast Austin Office Complex

The new complex will be part of a planned 390-acre, mixed-use project at the intersection of SH 71 and SH 130. That project will include retail, multifamily, industrial and educational elements in addition to the offices.

The project has received the Triple Freeport Designation, which allows business inventory to be tax exempt by schools, cities and counties if goods are shipped out of state within 175 days.

Architectural planning is being coordinated by Page, and Kimley-Horn is the project’s engineer.
