Gaedeke Breaking Ground on Legacy West Office

Construction on the 14-story, concrete-and-glass tower in Plano will commence in about 60 days.

The 327,856-sf One Legacy West office project will be at the southeast corner of SH 121 and Legacy Dr., across from the construction site of Toyota’s new headquarters.

The high-rise is one of two buildings Gaedeke plans on constructing on the 11-acre property purchased earlier this year. It will be the firm’s first ground-up development project in North Texas.

A conference center, fitness center and tenant lounge are planned for the building, which will have a six-level parking garage.

Once Gaedeke’s project begins, over $1 billion of development will be in progress in the 240-acre Legacy West.
