Victory Victorious in 22-Acre Fort Worth Land Buy

FORT WORTH (GlobeSt.com) – Victory Real Estate Group has secured 22 acres near Alliance Town Center for its Victory at Alliance retail project.

The development will include 100,000 sf of big-box, junior-box, small shop and medical retailers, as well as pad sites.

Victory at Alliance will be at the northwest corner of I-35W and Heritage Trace Pkwy., just west of Keller. Alliance Town Center is part of the 18,000-acre AllianceTexas development.

Victory is scheduled to close on the acreage in mid-June, and the project is slated for completion by the end of this year.
