Construction Started on Houston Retail Development

The development is on 23.6 acres on Beltway 8 between Crenshaw Rd. and Fairmont Pkwy. in Pasadena.

Ley-Wilson Development LLC and H5 Ventures LLC are the developers.

More than 90 percent of the first phase has been leased. Tenants include Burlington Coat Factory, Party City, Tuesday Morning, Mattress One, Xfinity by Comcast and MOD Pizza.

Transwestern will provide property and construction management services.

The 108,924-sf Phase I is slated for delivery in third quarter 2015. Phase II, which will include an additional 60,000 sf, will begin construction in the next 90 days and is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of next year.
